Support
Services – These are
services that can extend the ability
of an individual to live in the comfort
of their own home. |

Skilled
Nursing – These
services are provided by Registered
Nurses (RNs), who are also known
as Primary Care Nurses (PCNs).
Our PCNs take on the roll of Case
Managers, which means they are
assigned to a client upon admission,
complete the initial assessment,
and follow the client’s
progress and supervise the aide
until the case is discharged. |

Health Aides –
Our aides provide assistive services
such as bathing, dressing, toileting,
ambulation, transfers, range of
motion exercises as well as performing
the tasks listed under homemaker/companion
services. |

Homemakers/Companions
– These services are light
housekeeping which includes dusting,
floor care, bathroom care, laundry,
meal preparation and clean up,
medication reminders and social
stimulation through conversation
and activities. |

Therapy
– Many therapies can be provided
at home to speed recovery from illness,
injury or surgery. The type of therapy
services that Nursing Services, Inc.
provides include physical therapy to
regain physical motion and strength,
occupational therapy to regain day to
day skills such as dressing and feeding
oneself, and speech therapy to improve
breathing or lung functioning. |

Lifeline
Emergency Response System –
The communicator offers you a built-in
two way speakerphone for clear, immediate
communication with a caring Lifeline
Representative who can assist you with
any help you may need, 24-hours-a-day,
365-days-a-year. NSI installs and rents
the units on a month to month basis
at a reasonable fee. The system

A small communicator/speaker
that signals Lifeline’s

A trained
professional who will talk to
you through the communicator and

provides security for the elderly, recuperating
patients, people with chronic illness,

those living alone, and latch key children.
The unit conveniently plugs into the
wall outlet as well as the existing
home phone line. |
